Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Your privacy matters. In plain language, here is exactly what our apps collect, how advertising (Google AdMob) and tracking work, and the control you have over your data.
01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ASW Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by RANIA ABDELALEEM, collects, uses, and protects information when you use any of our iOS applications (the “Apps”). It applies to every app published under our App Store developer account.
By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.
02 Information We Collect
We are committed to data minimization. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information. The data involved falls into three categories:
- Information you provide — only if you contact us directly (e.g. your email address and the contents of your message to support).
- Automatically collected data — device model, operating system version, app version, language/region, crash logs, and anonymous usage events used to keep the App stable and improve features.
- Advertising identifiers — our advertising partner may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and similar identifiers, only if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt (see sections 3 and 4).
03 Advertising & Google AdMob
Our Apps are free and are supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads.
To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV), IP address, approximate (non-precise) location, device type, and ad interaction data. This helps measure ad performance and, where permitted, show more relevant ads.
- If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown but are non-personalized (contextual rather than based on your identifier).
- We do not control the data practices of Google. Their use of data is governed by their own policies:

04 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, our Apps will ask for your permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.
- You may Allow or Ask App Not to Track — the choice is entirely yours and does not limit the core functionality of the App.
- You can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
05 Analytics
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase and Apple’s App Analytics) to understand how the App is used in aggregate — which features are popular, where crashes occur, and how performance can be improved. Analytics data is collected at an aggregated, non-identifying level and is never used to personally identify you.
06 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to remove ads or unlock premium content. All payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We never receive or store your payment card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple ID settings.
07 How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and their features.
- Display and measure advertising that keeps the Apps free.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and enhance stability and performance.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We never sell your personal information.
08 Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your data. We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the Apps, including:
- Google AdMob — advertising.
- Google / Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
- Apple — app distribution, in-app purchases, and basic app analytics.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable laws. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
09 Your Choices & Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You are in control of your data. Depending on your region, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- Opt out of tracking — decline the ATT prompt or disable it in your device settings.
- Limit personalized ads — turn on Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking, or reset your advertising identifier.
- Request access or deletion — email us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
- Uninstall the App at any time to stop all further data collection.
10 Data Retention
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request. Aggregated analytics and advertising data are retained according to our providers’ standard retention periods. We do not maintain user profiles on our own servers.
11 Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reputable, secure third-party infrastructure — to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
12 Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. Where required, ad partners are configured to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized ads.
13 International Users
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where applicable, transfers are carried out under recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be highlighted within the App or on this page.
